No Surprises Act
As of January 1, 2022, the Public Health Service Act, section 2799b, requires all healthcare clinicians and facilities to provide estimates of the costs of your care. This will be provided to our clients upon scheduling an appointment. The Good Faith Estimate does not include unexpected costs that may occur during the course of your care with us. This document must be signed and dated before your visit. It will be renewed annually and will be kept in your file.
